About Us

About ScottScott Deuel, PT MHSc ATC MTC has over 20 years of physical therapy and athletic training experience. During this time, his areas of focus have been identifying and treating orthopedic dysfunction in many populations including athletic, industrial, pediatric, general and geriatric. Scott has a strong desire to help people improve the quality of their lives.

Scott is actively involved in his community. He is Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Springville and Springville Chamber of Commerce. Scott is a member of Springville First United Methodist Church. He is actively engaged in speaking to community groups about improving health and maximizing physical abilities. Scott has volunteered his athletic training services to local high schools since 1992.

About LindseyLindsey Pearce Deweese is a Springville native and a 2003 graduate of Springville High School. After high school, she attended Gadsden State Community College on a softball scholarship, but also walked on to the basketball and cross-country teams. After 2 years at GSCC, she transferred to UAB on an academic scholarship. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from UAB and continued her graduate studies in the Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Lindsey’s interests are in sports rehab, orthopedics, and geriatrics.

Lindsey is married to Springville native Jeffrey Deweese and is a member of Springville First United Methodist Church ,where she enjoys playing in the hand bell choir & brass ensemble. She also serves as an acolyte coordinator. She has been volunteering as a volleyball, basketball, and softball coach for Springville High School since 2005. She enjoys playing slow-pitch softball and running occasional 5K’s with her husband.
